Applicant should be a Lebanese national

Age of applicant must be between 21 and 64 years by end of loan period

Applicant must be a salaried employee or self-employed for more than 2 years

Monthly equal payment shall not exceed 1/3 of monthly revenues for employees and 1/4 for self employed

Grace Period: up to 4 years

Minimum Down Payment: 25% of house value

First degree mortgage on the house in favor of the Bank
